Yes. Start with a booking for an advance reservation, or create a rental invoice directly for a walk-in. Both can use the invoice-linked handover and return records.
Can we take a deposit before creating an invoice?
Yes. Record a booking deposit first, then choose how much to apply once an invoice exists. Applied payments and the remaining balance appear on the invoice.
Can we keep photos of the car at pickup and return?
Yes. Checkout and check-in photos are linked to the rental invoice alongside condition notes, mileage and fuel readings.
What about our rental website?
Talk to us about website availability and booking-request connections. We’ll confirm the connection, fleet feed and payment requirements during setup.
